Lewisham Project
1890’s cottage renovation being completed in two phases.
Phase 1
This family bathroom addition is the first stage in a more major renovation project. As the work is being completed in stages, we designed a master plan for the whole renovation upfront to ensure there weren’t any inter-dependencies that would later clash.
Phase 2
The second stage of the project involves a complete remodel of the rear half of the home and adjoining outdoor area. This next phase includes enlarging the living area and orientating it to the north, creating more openings for natural light and a connection with the outdoor space, plus a new guest bedroom and guest bathroom with integrated laundry.
Neche was fantastic to work with and full of ideas. She has a great understanding of what works best for family life and how this will change over time. She came up with some different options we hadn’t considered to make better use of the space, access more natural light, and give us more flexibility in future. She helped us navigate the approvals and compliance process very quickly, which made the whole process easy for us.
