The existing 1960s home had been split into two units at some stage, and the front facade resembled a nondescript apartment block.

Our brief was to renovate all three levels and transform the property into a luxurious single-family home with improved layout, taking advantage of the surrounding harbour views.

Renovations included a rear extension and an additional balcony on the upper level of the front facade to enjoy the views.
